Job Summary
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons by taking orders, preparing garnishments, and arranging bottle displays. Handles cashier duties for food and beverage sales and requisitions for bar supplies. Maintains cleanliness of the bar area and sets up or breaks down displays during opening and closing. Serves patrons in compliance with company, brand, and TABC requirements. Requires current Food Handler's certificate, ServSafe certification, and TABC or RVSP license. Must possess mathematical skills for money and weight calculations and knowledge of inventory software.
