Bartender

Bartender at the bar delivering exceptional guest service by mixing and serving alcoholic beverages according to provided recipes, upselling premium liquors and concessions, and managing the cash drawer. Responsibilities include ensuring proper identification checks, maintaining bar organization and inventory, restocking supplies, refining the bar menu with new drink ideas, preparing garnishes, handling cash/credit card transactions, reconciling cash receipts, generating cash reports, and upholding health and safety guidelines while monitoring guests for legal drinking age and safe consumption. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, organizational skills, adaptability, initiative, and maintaining a clean, efficient bar area. Other duties as assigned.
