Bartender

As a Cheba Hut Bartender, you will be responsible for your daily bartending, line, lobby, and patio duties. You will work with your MOD, AGM, and GM to ensure your daily bartending responsibilities meet all the required standards. You will uphold ALL liquor laws to protect the liquor license, business, and its employees. While bartending at Cheba Hut you will be expected to set a comfortable environment so that everyone feels welcome. You will also make sure that all employees follow the drinking policy while they are at the bar. You will uphold all shift drinking policies as well. Key responsibilities include enforcing liquor laws, serving drinks, receiving deliveries, completing opening/closing/checklists, coordinating with bar management on events, promoting daily and happy hour specials, keeping menus and pricing up to date, checking bar logs, cutting off patrons as needed, offering water/food/ride when appropriate, knowing inventory locations, using recipe cards for cocktails, and maintaining cleanliness across the bar and lobby areas. Daily duties also cover phone orders, expo, assisting third-party drivers, stocking, and ensuring a clean bar and dining area. Late-night availability is a plus.
