Job Summary
Craft a variety of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails with precision while offering personalized recommendations and storytelling about spirits. Greet customers professionally, take drink orders, manage payments including cash and credit transactions, and verify IDs to ensure legal compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area by regularly cleaning glassware, wiping counters, and removing waste. Uphold all health and safety and alcohol service regulations while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least two years of bartending experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of prior bartending or mixologist experience
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bartending tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive, motivated and professional personality
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often loud environment
