Bartender

Serve food and beverages to guests while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain a complete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service. Properly serve alcohol by requesting I.D. and managing intoxication procedures. Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash and tips correctly. Demonstrate comprehension of the wine list and its pairing with menu items. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.
