Job Summary
Greet bar guests, make waiting diners feel welcomed, and prepare cocktails for dining room servers using precise jigger measurements. Maintain accurate drink entries on checks, ensure credit card tabs are opened promptly, and keep beer, wine, and glassware pars stocked in refrigerators. Clean the bar and front lounge area continuously to meet Health Department standards, restock ingredients and garnishes, and requisition liquor as needed. Complete the closing bar checklist, perform cash drawer checkouts, and leave the station fully stocked and tidy at shift end. Communicate equipment issues like lighting or cooling units to management immediately. Maintain expertise on food, wine, and cocktail menus while attending provided education classes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience working in high volume restaurant environment
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
