Job Summary
Craft mimosas, chef's tasting menu cocktails, and espresso drinks while maintaining a warm, laidback atmosphere that converts first-time guests into regulars. Master our service steps, products, and systems, then collaborate with bar and restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations, tidy environments, and accurate customer feedback communication. Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed while coordinating with hotel staff to promote exclusive overnight guest offerings. Fluently communicate in English and perform basic arithmetic to support daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Fluency in English
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Compute basic arithmetic
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Relevant training certificate
- 1-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English; both verbal and non-verbal preferred
