Job Summary
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, handle cash and POS transactions accurately, and support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. This role offers a tipped minimum wage of $6.75 an hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the Serenitee Restaurant Group.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beer/wine
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 21+ years of age
- TIPS certified
- Willing to obtain TIPS certification
