Job Summary
Prepare cocktails, wines, and drinks according to Florentine standards while delivering friendly, confident, and engaging bar service. Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for busy service, and manage stock, garnishes, and bar preparation before and during shifts. Support the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience, ensuring all hygiene, alcohol service, and safety standards are followed at all times.
