Job Summary
Cashier/Bartender at DeSano Pizzeria (Bellevue): Take guest orders, process payments, prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails, maintain a clean bar and front-of-house, restock supplies, assist with opening/closing duties, ensure accurate handoffs of guest orders, and work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams. Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and compliance with alcohol service laws; experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and bar operations is a plus
- Mixology or hospitality certifications are welcomed but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
