Job Summary
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications while guiding guests through menu and casino offerings. Take orders accurately and in a timely manner, handle all cash transactions, and maintain a clean, orderly bar environment. Ensure compliance with ABC laws, sanitation regulations, and guest limitations while operating POS software. Work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment with over 300,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, handling situations involving intoxication and communicating across departments.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Six months to one year experience as a bartender
- Obtain and maintain an Alcohol Beverage Control card
- Maintain applicable health certificates
- Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms
- Work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication
- Ability to communicate with all departments and other team members
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol

Desired Qualifications
- POS (point of sales) Software operating experience
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations
