Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Must be at least 21 years of age
• •Must be able to read and communicate in English
• •Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
• •Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
• •Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
• •Must be able to make changes
• •Must be able to accurately conduct credit card transactions
• •Must be able to account of all monies at the end of each shift
• •Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• •Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• •Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
• •Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
• •Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
• •Must be able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
• •Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
• •Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
• •Must be able to follow all bar recipes
• •Must be able to adhere to company's sanitation procedures
• •Must be able to follow alcohol awareness procedures
• •Must be able to assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
• •Must be able to maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items
• •Must be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
• •Must be able to enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence
• •Must be able to use appropriate modifications and charges
• •Must be able to complete opening/closing duties in a timely manner
• •Must be able to complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested and required
• •Must be able to dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
• •Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions

• •Must be able to complete station side work at the beginning and end of their shift
• •Must be able to assist in party set up and breakdown
