Provide fast, friendly service as a Bartender at Dave & Buster’s, delivering the best guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a high-energy environment. Manage orders using Micros, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintain station cleanliness, follow alcohol-awareness procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and engaging guests. Communicate with management about issues, assist with setup and breakdown for events, and collaborate with teammates to promote the brand and drive sales in a lively, entertaining setting.
