Job Summary
Ensure Guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to their needs. Responsibilities include accurately taking food and drink orders, operating the Micros system for transactions, creating a warm atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation procedures. The role also requires following alcohol awareness procedures and ensuring proper service. Team members must work efficiently in a noisy, fast-paced environment, assist co-workers, and participate in incentives and contests effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work days, nights, and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred
- Skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Ability to operate Micros system
