Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to Guests’ needs in a dynamic and fun environment. Responsibilities include taking food and drink orders, accurately entering orders using Micros, maintaining cleanliness at the bar and dining area, following all alcohol awareness procedures, and ensuring all financial transactions are conducted properly. Team members are expected to participate in promotions, complete opening/closing duties, assist with party setups, and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required
- Skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Able to read and communicate in English
Additional Requirements
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Daily standing or walking for 100% of shift
