Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly service by greeting seated guests, taking food and drink orders, and entering them into Micros. Follow bar recipes, manage cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate inventory logs. Ensure guest satisfaction by bussing tables, resetting stations, and monitoring drink levels while adhering to alcohol awareness procedures. Complete opening and closing duties, participate in sales contests, and assist team members as needed. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for the full shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
- Must be able to make changes
- Must be able to accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Must be able to account of all monies at the end of each shift
- Must be able to follow all bar recipes
- Must be able to adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Must be able to follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Must be able to assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
- Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
