Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Must be at least 21 years of age
• •Must be able to read and communicate in English
• •Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
• •Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
• •Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
• •Must be able to make changes
• •Must be able to accurately conduct credit card transactions
• •Must be able to account of all monies at the end of each shift
• •Must be able to follow all bar recipes
• •Must be able to adhere to company's sanitation procedures
• •Must be able to follow alcohol awareness procedures
• •Must be able to assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
• •Must be able to maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items
• •Must be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
• •Must be able to enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence
• •Must be able to use appropriate modifications and charges
• •Must be able to maintain responsibility for personal bank
• •Must be able to ensure all financial transactions are accurate
• •Must be able to calculate and return appropriate change
• •Must be able to maintain adequate cash and coin for making change
• •Must be able to set up and take down station tables appropriately
• •Must be able to greet newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner
• •Must be able to accurately take Guests' food and drink orders
• •Must be able to bus and reset tables as needed
• •Must be able to remove clutter
• •Must be able to pre-buss as necessary
• •Must be able to respond to Guest needs in a timely manner
• •Must be able to maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team members
• •Must be able to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
• •Must be able to help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
• •Must be able to listen to hear Guests' orders and needs
• •Must be able to communicate with Guests verbally
• •Must be able to communicate with other Team members verbally via Micros system
• •Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
• •Must be able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
• •Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• •Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
• •Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
• •Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
• •Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
• •Must be able to complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested and required
• •Must be able to complete opening/closing duties in a timely manner
• •Must be able to assist in party set up and breakdown
• •Must be able to assist other Team members as needed or as business dictates
• •Must be able to participate in all incentives and contests
• •Must be able to drive sales and promote the brand
• •Must be able to control costs
• •Must be able to maximize Guest satisfaction
