Job Summary
Bartender at Crooked Hammock Brewery in Raleigh will lead the front-of-house bar experience by delivering consistently great drinks, guiding guests through offerings, and maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include knowing craft beer and signature drinks, conducting menu tours, answering questions, taking and entering orders accurately in the POS, promoting events, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking inventories, and serving as a brand ambassador. Requires at least 21 years old, 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, advanced knowledge of beer/wine/liquor, cash handling skills, physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 40 lbs, and eligibility to work in the United States. Flexible schedule and team-oriented mindset are valued. Compensation is $2.13/hour plus tips, with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
