Job Summary
Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, preparing drinks for other servers and acting as cashier for the lounge. Maintain proper bar setup daily by requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, and perishables based on projections. Greet guests, document orders, mix drinks using standard recipes, and input charges into the point-of-sale register while handling cash, making change, and verifying vouchers. Ensure all equipment is locked up, cash drops are deposited, and bank is secured. Comply with state and federal alcohol service requirements. Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to prepare and serve drinks
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Responsible alcohol service certification (if required)
- Good customer service and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma (preferred)
