Job Summary
As a Bartender, you will greet guests professionally, prepare and serve beverages while adhering to state and federal liquor laws, and assist in cash handling procedures using the Toast system. Ensuring all daily revenue and server tip reports are reconciled, you will also check IDs to ensure that alcohol is only served to guests aged 21 and over. This role requires excellent customer service, the ability to lift heavy items, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. You are expected to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with decorating and to support company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis
- Ability to function well in a high pace environment
- Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to operate blenders and other equipment safely
