Job Summary
As a Bartender at Point Sebago Resort, you will be responsible for greeting guests, preparing and serving beverages according to state and federal laws, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with checklists and opening/closing functions. You will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with special events and decor, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis
- Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment
- Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification or willingness to obtain
