Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service by preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards. Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized recommendations while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all bar and service areas. Assist with restocking, stock rotation, and maintaining par levels throughout service, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Handle guest enquiries professionally and escalate concerns when necessary to uphold Marriott International brand standards. Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment to achieve service excellence and departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Availability to work till late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
