Bartender

Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measure systems, issue and serve wine and champagne, and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Maintain bar cleanliness, wash soiled glassware, and transport supplies to the set-up area. Process all payment methods, count the bank, complete cashier reports, and secure liquors and storage areas. Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform duties requiring standing, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and moving through varied surfaces.
