Bartender

Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measure systems, issue and serve wine and champagne bottles, and set up bar units, tables, and tools. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, wash soiled glassware, and transport supplies to the bar set-up area. Process all payment methods, count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure storage areas. Anticipate guest service needs, address concerns, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure adherence to safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets. Work extended periods standing, sitting, or walking, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and navigate uneven surfaces or narrow spaces.
