Job Summary
Bartenders at Colleton River Club are responsible for maintaining high service standards, adhering to alcohol regulations, and ensuring cleanliness of the bar area. Essential duties include greeting members, maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials, utilizing a POS system for order management, and completing daily side duty assignments. Key qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, effective communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 21
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant & bartending experience
- Must have SC DOR alcohol server certification or be willing to obtain it
