Job Summary
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately while greeting guests with a smile and providing attentive, personable service. Recommend menu items, upsell cocktails, and highlight specials to enhance guest experience. Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift while monitoring alcohol consumption and following responsible service practices. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Support servers, barbacks, and management to keep service smooth during busy events and game days. Prior bartending experience is preferred, but we will train the right outgoing personality in our fast-paced, high-volume sports bar environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
- Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails—or willingness to learn quickly
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
