Job Summary
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and artistry while maintaining full knowledge of all beverage offerings, including wines, spirits, and beer. Provide warm, informed guest service by offering thoughtful recommendations, guiding pairings, and monitoring responsible alcohol service. Keep the bar clean and organized, restock products, prepare garnishes, and handle all payment transactions accurately. Report equipment issues or inventory concerns promptly to management. Participate in training, tastings, and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as a bartender in a full-service, high-volume environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to operate a POS system efficiently
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to reach
- Physical ability to lift
- Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine—Mediterranean wine knowledge a plus
- Excellent communication and guest service skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
