Job Summary
Greet guests at bar areas with hospitality, take and upsell food and beverage orders, maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, make recommendations, verify age for alcohol, mix and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, clean bar and equipment, manage inventory and communicate with Bar Supervisor, process payments, handle guest requests and complaints, and perform opening, mid, and closing procedures while complying with safety and service standards. Requires ServSafe and Alcohol certifications, 18+ years old, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible nights/weekends, and proficiency with Vista Point of Sale. Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas emphasizes guest-focused service and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar
- ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications are required
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
