Job Summary
Bartender at Golden Mesa Casino (Traditions Hospitality Group) in Guymon, OK. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy, provide attentive guest service, take orders and make recommendations, maintain bar area cleanliness, handle cash/transactions, monitor inventory, collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service, and adhere to safety/sanitation guidelines. Must be 21+, able to obtain ABLE Liquor License and Gaming License, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous high-volume bartender experience and knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages are preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, ability to wear a costume uniform, and tolerance for smoky environments are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to wear a costumed uniform
- Must be able to work in a smoky environment
