Job Summary

Delivers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Enterprise guests while ensuring proper check generation and payment processing. Mixes ingredients to prepare drinks using correct glasses, measurements, and garnishes, and takes orders for beverages and cigarettes. Confirms guests are of legal drinking age, operates bar equipment including cash registers, and collects cash or credit card payments following established procedures. Maintains L.E.A.D. parameters to identify intoxicated guests, directs beverage porters, and orders liquor and supplies. Requires a high school diploma, age 21 or older, and completion of alcohol server certification and food handler training within 30 days. Must hold a valid Gaming License and work flexible 24/7 schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits
  • Must register in the RBS Portal
  • take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider
  • pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam
  • obtain food handlers card within 30 days of employment
  • Previous experience in bartending, serving or related experience
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail drink offerings, and how to prepare/serve them
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency
  • Native American hiring preference applies
