Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guest satisfaction. Key duties include providing menu information, maintaining stock levels, checking guest identification, and delivering service to food servers. Responsibilities also extend to cleaning, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards, and managing cash and payments through the POS system. Qualifications include a minimum of two years of related experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
