Job Summary
Mix drinks and serve food while creating a lively atmosphere with hospitality that is absolutely Chili's. Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members, providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean while demonstrating excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment as part of a team player culture.
Required Qualifications
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
