Bartender

Provide excellent guest experience by preparing alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic options, crafting signature cocktails, and recommending local craft beers and wines. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, assessing customer preferences, mixing ingredients, planning and presenting the bar menu, checking IDs for legal drinking age, restocking inventory, maintaining a clean work area, and complying with health and safety regulations. Must have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to quickly prepare beverages, with excellent communication to create a positive guest experience. Experience with POS systems (Toast, Micros, Aloha, etc.), cash handling, and familiarity with pour-cost control and inventory is preferred. Flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.
