Bartender - Catering/Banquet

Bartender responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving cocktails, liquor, wine and other beverages, memorizing menus, and handling guest requests. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, manage pre-batched drinks and bar inventory, balance receipts, and complete opening/closing side work. Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions; ensure compliance with Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, Safety, and related certifications. Build rapport with regular guests, provide strong customer service, and assist with other tasks as requested by management. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and the ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force, reach overhead, kneel, and perform related tasks. Experience preferred: at least 1 year of bartending experience; plus demonstrated familiarity with POS systems and bar operations.
