Bartender - Casa Mia

Bartenders in our Marriott hotel organization are hosts of the space, blending drinks with hospitality to create a memorable guest experience. They actively build relationships across the hotel and local community to anticipate and deliver guests’ needs, ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly, and take on responsibilities beyond the bar to support guest service. Core duties include standing and moving for extended periods, handling tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds, and maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance in accordance with company policies. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, awareness of micro-local offerings, keeping up with trends, and contributing to a safe, asset-protective, and policy-compliant workplace. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; no supervisory experience is required, and no specific license or certification is needed.
