Job Summary
Provide menu knowledge and suggest drink options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations to ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure safety. Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and adequately stocked bar area. Perform additional duties as assigned to support a high-energy bar environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency in mixing cocktails and presenting drinks
- Flexible availability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Meets the legal age requirement for serving alcohol
- 1 closing shift a week minimum
