Job Summary
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions while expertly mixing cocktails and serving ice-cold drafts. Prepare creative drinks, take orders, and serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar. Balance friendly interaction with guests against moments requiring invisibility, acting as an ambassador for the hotel. Work flexible schedules including weekends while standing for long periods, carrying items up to 25 pounds, and walking, bending, or climbing stairs.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma (or equivalent)
- previous bartending experience
- current food handler and liquor permit
- ability to think on your feet
- work calmly under pressure
