Job Summary
Greet and welcome all guests professionally while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and cocktail servers. Provide entertainment through flair pouring and inform patrons about current events, promotions, and attractions. Process cash transactions accurately, convert cash to coin for slot machine players, and adhere to the Everyone Greets Everyone policy by proactively acknowledging guests and team members within ten feet. Participate in mandatory pre-shift BUZZ sessions, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and comply with all state, federal, and regulatory policies. Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required
- Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team
