Job Summary
Bartender, Cabaret (On Call) at Pendry/Montage Hotels & Resorts: Interact with guests, take orders, mix and serve cocktails, upsell menu items, maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and collaborate with management and service staff to meet guest expectations and create memorable experiences. Must enjoy spirits, wine, and food, have basic communication skills, be open to learning and growth, and demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; prior bartending and micros or other systems experience preferred; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
