Bartender

Set up the bar area with tables, linens, liquor, and garnishes before events begin. Execute proper pour etiquette for wine and spirits while monitoring guests to ensure responsible alcohol service. Greet, interact with, and serve all guests in a positive, professional manner throughout the event. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and break down the bar at the end of the event following packing guidelines. Assist team members with loading and unloading the truck while resolving service issues with Service Captains. Operate in a fast-paced, team-based environment requiring attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to lift up to 75lbs. Work a flexible, sometimes non-traditional schedule with at least 40 hours per six-month period.
