Job Summary
Greet guests, create drinks to TOCA Social standards, and confidently provide knowledge and recommendations while ensuring guest-facing areas remain clean and presentable. Take orders, deliver drinks, verify guest age through ID checks, and assist with transactions efficiently. Support barbacks as needed, coach junior team members, and replenish stock while following all health and safety and allergy procedures. Maintain clear communication with teammates to minimize disruption and remain flexible to cover a range of duties in line with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in crafting drinks, including cocktails
- Someone who is at least 18 years old due to working with alcohol
- Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
