Job Summary
Bartender at Bugsy's Bar (Las Vegas) responsible for bar preparation, service, and beverage quality during shifts; duties include mixing cocktails per recipes, stocking station with liquor, glasses, and accessories, handling cash register and payments, maintaining bar inventory and daily stock logs, ensuring health and safety standards, providing guidance to Apprentice Bartender, and delivering courteous guest service while adhering to SOPs and uniform standards. Requires 1 year bartending experience and a union Pour Card; flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; strong math and communication skills; ability to operate POS systems and manage beverage costs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year prior bartending experience
- Must have completed union apprenticeship program (possess union Pour Card)
- Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must possess basic reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
