Job Summary
Bartender at Broken Sound Club responsible for delivering elevated beverage service to members and guests, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating proper wine service, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, adhering to all alcohol-service regulations and sanitation standards, assisting with setup and breakdown of club events, and collaborating with servers and culinary staff to ensure exceptional member experiences. Possesses knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, and demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality in a fast-paced private club environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of bartending experience in a private club, luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
