Job Summary
Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest by remaining visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members. Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages while providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean, demonstrating excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. This fast-paced role requires a positive, outgoing attitude with the ability to think and act quickly in a high-volume setting, with previous bartending experience being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
