Bartender - Bridgette Bar

Bartenders at Bridgette Bar Toronto provide exceptional beverage service for a chef-driven hospitality concept, following liquor regulations, stocking and setting up the bar, preparing syrups and garnishes, and contributing to a high-energy guest experience. Responsibilities include mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining accuracy on orders and charges, building regular clientele, managing cost controls, keeping surfaces and equipment clean, assisting with table service and product orders, and complying with health, safety, and municipal regulations. Requires 1 year of cocktail bar experience, strong English communication, basic dining-room/service knowledge, POS cash handling, ability to stand for long periods, safe lifting capacity, and Ontario Smart Serve certification; willingness to work overtime and legally eligible to work in Canada. This is an in-person role in Toronto with wage $17.60/hr plus gratuities.
