Job Summary
Bartender at HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers (Fort Myers, FL) — provide safe, compliant beverage service in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards, maintain bar area security and cleanliness, operate POS systems and handle cash/assets, enforce alcohol policies, identify required IDs, and address safety concerns. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure guest safety, asset protection, and exceptional guest experience while adhering to SOPs and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending, food & beverage, entertainment, or customer service experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements as defined by company policy
