Bartender

Bartender at Bottleneck Management: Provide genuine hospitality in a high-energy bar environment, adhering to laws and company policy, assisting guests with food and beverage selections, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar. Proficiently prepare and serve a range of cocktails, beer, and wine; communicate effectively with guests and team members; manage orders; and support barbacks. Must be 21+, have at least 2 years of bartending experience (high-volume experience a plus), strong knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, plus required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location. Indirectly oversee barbacks and uphold exceptional guest service in a dynamic FOH team. The role emphasizes hospitality, energy, excellent communication, and commitment to quality service in a casual bar atmosphere.
