Job Summary
Bartender at Botanic responsible for preparing beverages in a fast-paced bar/restaurant, operating equipment, adhering to sanitation and alcohol policies, staying current on menus, engaging with guests, recording orders, handling payments, restocking inventory, and assisting with special events. Must have or be willing to obtain alcohol-service training, strong communication and multitasking skills, English fluency, and professional demeanor; prior bartending experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Previous alcohol training and/or certification a plus
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask required
- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
- Ability to listen
- Bartender top skills & proficiencies: Knowledge of Alcohol Safety Regulations
- Knowledge of mixology practices, wine and spirit tasting notes
