Mix cocktails and pour drinks for guests while maintaining composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Build relationships with regulars by knowing their names and chatting about sports. Prepare all beverages to Boston Pizza standards and effectively communicate with the Front of House team to keep service moving quickly. Champion the "Foundations of Hospitality," Brand Standards, and Food Safety protocols. This role supports the Front of House engine and contributes to a positive workplace culture where guest experience is prioritized from start to finish.
