Job Summary
Provide fresh, high-quality drinks in a fun atmosphere with speedy service; greet guests, upsell beverages, take beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks per standard recipes, recognize regulars, record orders in the micros system, handle payments, maintain bar cleanliness and inventory, assist with food orders, and lead in the front-of-house for an exceptional dining experience. Must be 21+ with at least 2 years of bartending experience and be able to communicate with guests, know beer/wine/liquor, perform basic math, and lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible schedule and free uniforms included.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age
- Have a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Have a working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and common drink recipes
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
